Adam Schleifer for Congress Hosts Virtual Westchester Town Hall

Adam Schleifer is running for Congress to serve the people of Rockland County and northern & central Westchester County.

On Sunday evening, Adam hosted the latest of his weekly Sunday virtual town hall series to discuss his policy proposals and plans focused on improving the lives of the residents of Westchester County and taking on the biggest challenges facing the district.

Adam was joined by guest panelists and local leaders to discuss a variety of pressing issues including smart city development, health care, improving infrastructure and commuting options to NYC, senior housing and more. Co-hosts included:

• Anthony Nicodemo, President of the Hudson Valley Stonewall Democrats; and
• Milagros Lecuona, White Plains City Council Member, 2017 White Plains Mayoral Candidate.

Growing up in Westchester with a younger brother with special needs, and as the grandchild of Holocaust survivors who arrived in America as refugees, Adam Schleifer has had a lifelong commitment to fighting for social justice and a more inclusive America.

Adam hosts two regular town hall series per week on Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 2pm. All town halls are able to be streamed on Facebook Live.
