Nyack Couple Turns Instagram Sensation Into HGTV Series

NYACK, NY — A couple from Nyack have turned a love of old houses into an HGTV series called "Cheap Old Houses."

Ethan and Elizabeth Finkelstein, who founded the Instagram sensation Cheap Old Houses, will be starring in their 10-episode series of the same name beginning Aug. 9, the Journal News reported.

According to a news release on HGTV's website, the Instagram account Cheap Old Houses has more than 1.4 million followers.

The series will follow the couple around America as they visit cities and small towns to tour low-priced older houses.
