Downtown Nyack In Full Holiday Swing
Thursday is the Nyack Farmers Market's last day outside till spring — but the inside market will be going strong all winter.

NYACK, NY — Holiday shoppers and fun-seekers are checking out the scene in Nyack this season, which is now in full swing for festive celebrations, shopping, entertainment and dining. The Dec. 7 tree-lighting event was just a start.
"Gift hunters will find hundreds of ways to beat “mall monotony” in the village’s eclectic shops and winter Farmers Market ― plus a rich array of casual eateries, pubs and fine restaurants for pre- and post-shopping refreshment. And it's all available in an intimate, walkable village full of small town charm," said Chamber of Commerce officials.
The Nyack Farmers Market runs every Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Its last day outdoors is Thursday. Starting Jan. 2, it'll be indoors at the Nyack Center until spring.

Chamber officials remind shoppers that parking is free in Nyack's main lots on Saturdays in December, and every Sunday until year-end. Parking is free on Market days in the Main and Artopee lots. On-street parking is free in Nyack on weekday mornings from 6 - 11 a.m., and from 6 - 11 p.m.
