SHOW MOM HOW MUCH YOU LOVE HER IN A BIG WAY! IMAX PALISADES HOSTS MOTHER'S DAY PHOTO CONTEST; WIN MOM A FUJIFILM DIGITAL CAMERA

IMAX Theatre at Palisades Center is hosting "Show Mom some BIG Love." Send a photo of you and mom to IMAX and you will be entered to win a FUJIFILM FINEPIX JZ100 digital camera package for mom. All photos will be shown on the enormous IMAX Palisades screen through the end of May before each showing of To the Arctic and Dark Shadows.

Kids should send in a photo of themselves with mom (with mom's permission of course). Images should be no larger than 500kb and 100dpi resolution. Photos should be emailed to contest.palisades@imax.com. Emails should include the name of each individual in the photo along with the home address telephone number and email address for mom. All digital images become the property of IMAX Theatre at Palisades Center and may be used for promotional purposes. Winner will be selected in early June. Four runners up will receive To the Arctic Prize Packages.

To The Arctic 3D, produced by award-winning MacGillivray Freeman, tells the story of one mother polar bear’s determination to keep her cubs alive in the face of natural predators and a rapidly changing climate. To The Arctic is an extraordinary journey to a place of extremes that few ever dare to go; audiences venture across floating ice with a mother polar bear and her two cubs as they struggle to survive.

On May 11th IMAX Palisades will feature the Warner Brothers film Dark Shadows. Directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp and Michelle Pfeiffer, Dark Shadows is a gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts. Based on the cult TV series.
