How did you come up with the name?
My first job out of college was for a company called Advantage Business Systems. I always liked that name and wanted to let people know that we offer IT solutions!
Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
Nyack is a very diverse town with many businesses. It’s the town I live in. I wanted to be able to serve the community in Rockland County where I grew up.

Information Technology Consulting
What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Hiring experienced people that can deliver the professional expertise my clients demand.
Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
Challenges yes...second guess...never! I love what I do and being a small business owner.
What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
We were responsible for the complete IT design and implementation for Ramapo Oral Surgery in Suffern NY. All the Computers, Servers, Digital X-ray, iCat, Security Cameras, Conference Room, Sound System and phone system.
What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Several of our clients have expanded with locations and employees in several locations and even across the globe. We are able to efficiently and seamlessly connect everyone together in one virtual office space.
How do you deal with difficult customers?
We really don’t have difficult customers. 99.9% have contracts and have been with us for many years. If there is an issue we address it right away!
How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
We do charity work for local non-profit organizations and donate used equipment.
