ORANGEBURG, NY — A New Jersey man was accused of driving while drunk in Orangeburg. Orangetown police said William A. Police said, when they stopped a 2006 Volkswagen for vehicle and traffic violations, the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
Lopez-Garcia refused to take either the standard field sobriety tests or a breath screening test, according to authorities.
