Nyack Chamber Hosts Motorcycle Expo
The expo will offer up close views of motorcycles for motorcycle enthusiasts on Jun. 15.

From Nyack Chamber of Commerce: Anyone who owns a motorcycle, dreams of owning one, or simply appreciates a cool machine will want to come to Nyack on Thursday, June 15 for the Village’s second annual Motorcycle Expo. Hosted bythe Nyack Chamber of Commerce, the event will offer visitors close-up views of a broad array of spectacular bikes ― from vintage to new ― on display from 5:00 pm until dusk along Nyack’s Main Street from Cedar to Franklin and in the Main Street Municipal lot.
A rain date is set for the following Thursday, June 22. Admission is free — and registration for display motorcycles is also free.
New and not to be missed this year, the Hudson Valley Hog NY Chapter will lead a ride-in to Nyack starting from the Harley Davidson dealership in Nanuet. Kick stands up at 4:30 pm. All clubs, riders, bike makes and models are invited to join the ride.

Generous sponsorship for the event is provided by AJ Cycles, Autobahn Indoor Speedway – Palisades Center, Hudson Valley Harley-Davidson, Hudson Valley Hog NY Chapter, Motorhead Motorcycles, Palisades Auto Sales, Prestige Custom Cycles and State Farm. Promising a spring evening full of fun for motorcycle aficionados, families and friends alike, entertainment will include classic rock performed live by Richie Ranno’s All Stars and old favorites spun up by DJ Don, featuring MC Metal Mark.
Donations will benefit Soup Angels, an all-volunteer, non-profit, non-denominational group affiliated with the First Reformed Church of Nyack. Soup Angels serves meals to the elderly, homeless and working poor and their families.
"This community-centered event promises to attract a strong showing of motorcycle enthusiasts — people who take pride in owning and riding special vehicles as well as people who appreciate them,” said Scott Baird, Chamber President. “It’s also a great opportunity for residents and visitors to enjoy the Village’s unique restaurants, boutiques and nightspots."
Nyack Chambers Hosts Second Annual Motorcycle Expo June 15 "Visitors can expect not only to see an impressive collection of awesome bikes, but can also enjoy a fun night out with friends and family,” said Sean Spicer, owner of Nyack’s Pour House and Chamber Board member. "Our exhibitors, entertainers and sponsors are planning a great show, so everyone will have a memorable night in Nyack.”
“We’re proud to support the Soup Angels,” added Mark Mangan, event organizer. "It’s a great cause that gives back to our friends and neighbors in need.”
The Motorcycle Expo piggy-backs on another community initiative spearheaded by the Chamber — Nyack’s Thursday outdoor Farmers’ Market — which will be held earlier in the day (8:00 am to 2:00 pm) in the heart of Nyack’s downtown.
When all the fruits, vegetables and other delicacies have been sold, the bikes will be riding into the Village to begin the evening’s festivities.
