Nyack's 8 North Broadway Gets Sister Eatery In Scarsdale
The Scarsdale location will be called Popjito. 8 North Broadway is also losing its sister place in Mount Kisco.

MOUNT KISCO, NY - The team behind 251 Lex in Mount Kisco announced that the restaurant is closing. At the same time, a new eatery called Popojito is coming to Scarsdale.
"We are saddened to share the news of the closing of our beloved restaurant, 251 Lex," the company stated in a Facebook post. We feel grateful and honored beyond measure to have served you all in Mount Kisco and the surrounding areas. We are still available for party bookings."
The shuttered restaurant has two sister places: 273 Kitchen in Harrison and 8 North Broadway in Nyack.

The Mount Kisco location, as the name suggests, was at 251 Lexington Ave. The eatery opened in 2015, Patch previously reported, adding that it was part of a trio of places from Chef Constantine Kalandranis.
Popojito, meanwhile, will operate out of 46 Christie Place. That site, according to a 2012 Patch story, was once home to Scarsdale Art & Frame Shop.
