Obituary: William E. Cozart, 90

Central Nyack resident William E. Cozart passed away on June 12 at age 90. Cozart was born in Sparkill, NY to Henry R. and Rosa (Snipes) Cozart. 

He is survived by his daughter, Susanne (David) Johnson of Nyack; and his two sons, William Jr. of Nyack and Winston (Fatemia) Cozart of Spring Valley; three children and six great greatchildren; and two sisters Elizabeth David and Aimee (Alphonso) Johnson.
