NYACK, NY — State transportation officials report an overturned semi trailer has the two right lanes blocked on the MCB. The New York State Thruway is reduced to two lanes northbound at milepost 15.7 on TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE 01:25:49PM 3/2/18.
