"Over this past year the VFW lost many of their remaining members that were keeping VFW Post 7462 going," fire officials said on Facebook. Among them was ex-Chief Lawrence “Tex” Goswick, a U.S. Army veteran and former post commander, whose death the department mourned in January."On Memorial Day we ask that you come out and join us in supporting the memories of our fallen military heroes."
