Pro Wrestling At The Palisades To Benefit Rockland AVI
The live fundraiser will benefit the Association For The Visually Impaired in Rockland County.

WEST NYACK, NY — Pro wrestling is coming to Rockland County for a good cause. American Colosseum Wrestling, a sports attraction company, is partnering with Palisades Center’s #PalisadesCares campaign to deliver a live fundraiser to benefit the Association For The Visually Impaired in Rockland County.
AVI provides vision rehabilitation services at no cost to its clients.
The event will thrill audiences with bold fast-paced displays of high-flying athleticism, technical ability and professional-level wrestling skills, organizers promised. Among the performers: ACW champion Kenny Bengal, former WWE NXT Superstar Bull James, the villainous Dan DeMan, and Rockland’s own The Amazing Graysons and Anthony Markos.

"While medical insurance and vision care plans may cover eye examinations, eyeglasses or contact lenses, they do not provide coverage for Vision Therapy/Rehabilitation treatments," said Beth Bate-DuBoff, executive director of the Association for the Visually Impaired. "Yet, in many cases, Vision Therapy/Rehabilitation is the only option available to help our clients regain function and maximize their usable vision to develop skills and strategies to remain safe, independent and active at any stage of life, as well as adjust emotionally to the impact of vision loss."
The event will also offer a live music performance from independent punk label, Manic Kat Records and a special giveaway from Dave & Buster’s.
