WEST NYACK, NY — Red Crab Seafood will open its third location in New York at the Palisades Center this fall.

It specializes in a mix-and-match Cajun seafood boil in which diners can pick their seafood from among enticing choices such as blue crabs, king, snow and Dungeness crab legs, lobster tails, shrimp, crawfish, clams, and green or black mussels. Then you choose a sauce and pick a spice level. Also on the menu are appetizers, fried seafood or chicken baskets and po boy sandwiches.

The 6,000-square-foot restaurant will be located on Level Four next to AMC Theatres.
