Gloria N. Brooks - Cooper departed from us on Monday, March 30, 2015. She was born on August 27, 1934 to Wesley Brooks and Belle Valentine Brooks in Piermont, New York.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Harry Cooper Jr, and her brothers Samuel and James Brooks.
She is survived by her sister Joan Brooks of Nyack, brother Edward Brooks of Nyack, brother Carl Brooks of Airmont, NY, and her brother Joseph Brooks of Scottsburg, VA.

Gloria also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, and one God-daughter Janette Brooks-Kareem of South Nyack.
Home going service will be held at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Nyack on Monday, April 6 at 12:00 noon, A wake will be held at the church from 10am - 12noon Monday morning. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery in Sparkill.
