
Anna B. Packer, a longtime resident of Nyack passed away on Thursday, she was 93.
Born September 19, 1921 in Rockland Lake, NY to Michael & Barbara Andresck. Mrs. Packer was a resident of Nyack for the past 70 years raising her family on Mill Street in the Village of Nyack. She was a daily communicant of St. Ann’s Church.
She is survived by her four sons, John (MaryAnn), Michael (Linda), Lynn (RoseMary), Paul (Karla), one daughter Lydia Holmes and a daughter in law Sheryl. She is also survived by two sisters Frances Stoughton, Helen Meagher, 12 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband John E. Packer, he died in 1990. Anna is also pre-deceased by two sisters, Barbara Galgano and Mary McDermott, a brother Joseph Kotyo as well as one grandchild, Adrienne.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church. A wake will be held that morning at the Hannemann Funeral Home from 9:30am - 10:45am.
