Snow Saturday, Sunday, Monday, More: Hudson Valley Forecast
Sleet and freezing rain could also be part of the next five days in the Hudson Valley, according to the National Weather Service.
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Over the next six days, there's snow in the forecast every day except Presidents Day, and it's going to stay quite cold.
Snow is likely Saturday night into Sunday due to a storm system from the Mid-West that will affect upstate New York, the mid-Atlantic and New England.

But locally, it won't add up to much, the National Weather Service says — less than an inch for most of Orange, Putnam, Rockland and northern Westchester and only light accumulation for Dutchess and Ulster. It could change to sleet or freezing rain overnight. Then snow, sleet and freezing rain are likely Sunday.

For the holiday Monday, it'll be sunny; but, there's a chance of snow after midnight, and it could be significant.
"The next big threat seems to be Monday afternoon into Tuesday… as a system over the southeast moves into our area," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather. "This system could bring a variety of precipitation with it, from snow, to sleet to freezing rain. As of this post… it appears to be mainly snow, but the upper air pattern could force a bit more warm air into the system… we’ll have to watch it closely."
