SOUTH NYACK, NY — The South Nyack Village trustees will vote on the draft dissolution plan at a board meeting tonight with a format aimed at preventing the disruption of June 2.

Also on the agenda: setting a date for a formal public hearing on the proposed draft plan, which must be held within 35-90 days of the date of approval. The recommended date of dissolution of the Village of South Nyack is March 31, 2022.

Members of the public can view the meeting live tonight, but only the Board of Trustees, and village employees who are panelists, will be seen and heard. Members of the public wishing to speak during the open session must use the "raise hand" feature; they will be asked to unmute when called on.
