Mary Ellis is an abstract expressionist painter known for her brilliantly colored high energy paintings. Feeling the extraordinary pressure of keeping up with social media, running her upscale souvenir company, and finding time to paint, she decided to learn how to meditate.

Through her meditation, Mary became keenly aware of the never ending incessant barrage of thoughts, words, and judgements that filled her head on a constant basis. She knew she was not the only one. Her new series “Mind Chatter” is her expression of what we are all experiencing.
