Brook Street Repaving Starts Tuesday
Croton village officials warn of limited access, intermittent closures and possible detours.
CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Crews will begin the resurfacing of Brook Street on Tuesday, weather permitting. The work will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
This phase will include the milling (grinding) of the roadway, followed by installation of asphalt. Work will take place on Brook Street between Old Post Road North and Riverside Avenue.

This portion of the project is expected to continue through Friday.

During this time, parking on the street will not be permitted. “No Parking” signs will be posted. Also, there will be limited access to the street and intermittent closures during the milling and paving operations. The temporary detouring of traffic may be necessary.
Village officials ask residents with questions to contact the Department of Public Works at 271-3775.
