Croton-Harmon Students Enjoy Outdoors on Field Day

​Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School students enjoyed a number of activities.

From CHUFSD: Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School students in Croton-on-Hudson took advantage of the perfect outdoor weather to participate in the school’s annual Field Day on May 23.

Activities ranged from gaga ball and kickball on the soccer field to a water balloon toss in the Monet Garden and zip lining on the adventure course.

Each class rotated through the 20+ stations located in and around the school throughout the day, practicing skills like teamwork and cooperation while having fun with their classmates.

In the afternoon, everyone cooled off with an ice pop to end the day.
