Croton-on-Hudson: The village's annual holiday kick-off event starts with caroling at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 5. At Vassallo Park.
Ossining: Dec. 6 is the annual community celebration in Market Square. Music and treats begin at 5:30 p.m. At 6:35 p.m. Santa and Mrs. Claus ride in on an Ossining fire truck to join the festivities.
