Croton Officials Call For Common-Sense Halloween
They've created signs residents can post.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — Acknowledging that Croton residents will celebrate Halloween in 2020 in many different ways, village officials offer resources.
First, the village offers signs which residents can display to indicate if they will be giving out treats on Halloween. You are welcome to print these and display in a visible area.
