Croton Point Avenue Roadwork To Cause Delays
Village officials warn Metro-North commuters using the Croton-Harmon station to give themselves extra time.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — A Con Edison contractor will be performing restoration of the concrete roadway on Croton Point Avenue starting July 10. And it will affect both morning and evening rush hour for the rest of the summer.
It's roadway repair after the gas main installation for Metro-North which was done during the summer of 2017, village officials said.
Contractors will be performing the restoration work between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is expected to take about six weeks, weather permitting.

There will be heavy delays and lane closures during this time. Anyone traveling to the Croton-Harmon Train Station should budget extra time during the work.
