CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — A Croton 19-year-old is due in Cortlandt town court Oct. 22 to answer a charge of sexual misconduct.
New York State police said they arrested Brandon Carlos Wednesday. They alleged he engaged in a course of sexual misconduct in November of 2019.
Sexual misconduct is a class A misdemeanor. According to New York penal law, a person is guilty of sexual misconduct when:

1. He or she engages in sexual intercourse with another person without such person's consent; or
2. He or she engages in oral sexual conduct or anal sexual conduct with another person without such person's consent; or

3. He or she engages in sexual conduct with an animal or a dead human body.
