Don't Miss: EagleFest With Dar Williams And Much More
Metro-North runs special cars to the annual Hudson Valley festival up and down the Hudson Line.

OSSINING, NY — Singer-songwriter Dar Williams will make her first appearance at EagleFest, the Hudson Valley's spectacular winter celebration, this year. She's part of a big lineup of fun — entertaining and educational — coming up at the 14th annual festival Feb. 10.
EagleFest is actually both a festival and the largest environmental program celebrating the return of the bald eagle to the Hudson River and advocating for environmental protection for birds.
It will be the second time in 12 months that Williams has performed at Croton Point Park. She and the other two members of iconic group Cry Cry Cry, Lucy Kaplansky and Richard Shindell, reunited at the Clearwater Festival there in June to the delight of their many fans.

Williams, who grew up in Chappaqua and now lives in Red Hook, released her last album "Emerald" in 2015. Her book, "What I Found In a Thousand Towns" was published in 2017.
EagleFest gives visitors of all ages a unique opportunity to view these magnificent birds both up close and in their natural environment. The event features spectacular eagle viewing along the Hudson River and educational and informative bird shows, showcasing eagles and other raptors, plus programs and features such as live musical performances.
