HUDSON VALLEY, NY — A hazardous weather outlook is in effect until 9 a.m. for Orange, Putnam, Rockland and northern Westchester counties from the National Weather Service.

Freezing temperatures along with patchy freezing fog may result in patchy black ice, especially on untreated surfaces through 9 a.m.

Exercise caution if traveling in the morning.
