HUDSON VALLEY, NY — It's going to be very humid for the next two days while the Hudson region begins opening back up. As the new coronavirus outbreak slows, more businesses are resuming operations.

The heat could even hit record highs in Albany and Syracuse, though it should be cooler in the Hudson Valley.

But the humidity, thankfully, won't last long.

"By Friday, we should see scattered showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches from the NW. That front will bring more spring-like weather back to the Hudson Valley, for the weekend and into next week," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.
