Hudson Valley Snow: When It Ends And Starts Up Again
We'll get some breathers, but breathe fast. Here is the latest snow forecast for the Hudson Valley.
HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Weather forecasters warned us February looked to be "active" and so far it's coming true. It will be cold, too.
A snowstorm, labeled "sneaky" by the folks at Hudson Valley Weather, is expected to end Tuesday evening, ending from south to north. Plan on slippery road conditions through the evening commute.
It will be over by 5 p.m. in southern Westchester, though patchy freezing rain will be possible there the next couple of hours with temperatures around the freezing mark. Additionally, even for locations slightly above freezing, many of the road surfaces, especially secondary, are likely below freezing due to the recent cold and snowfall.
