Nor'Easter Winds Down Slowly In The Hudson Valley

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The nor'easter continues to spin slowly over the Hudson Valley, and more snow is expected Tuesday.

  • Dutchess and Ulster counties: A winter storm warning remains in effect until 4 p.m., and additional snow accumulations of up to two inches are possible. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph could make travel conditions hazardous.
  • Rockland and Westchester could see an inch more, with wind gusts up to 35 mph. Temperatures will stay steady around freezing.
  • Orange and Putnam counties should expect up to three more inches of snow.

Snow will begin tapering off Tuesday afternoon.
