Ossining Attorney Says Judge Tawil Serves the Citizens Well

Dear Sir/Madam:

I write this letter to speak about my experience as a defense attorney practicing in the Town Court of Ossining, before Hon. Michael L. Tawil. I have appeared before Judge Tawil regularly since he took the bench in 2012.
During my time in the courtroom, both in my own cases, and observing many other attorneys as they practiced before Judge Tawil, I have only observed him exercising the highest level of decorum and fairness.
While Judge Tawil’s decisions made in my cases did not always go the way I would have liked, I always felt that those decisions came from a place of considered judgment. The same has held true for my observations of other cases before Judge Tawil.
Going forward, I believe Judge Tawil will continue to well serve the citizens of the Town of Ossining, and any other endeavor he may pursue.
