Ossining Man Accused Of Shoplifting At Walmart
Police said they found him at the bus stop.
CORTLANDT, NY — An Ossining man faces charges connected to a shoplifting incident in Carmel on Monday.
Called at 8:30 a.m. to the Walmart in the Cortlandt Town Center, New York State police began looking for a man accused of stealing several pieces of jewelry and running out of the store.
Troopers said they located the suspect on the public bus line and placed him into custody without incident.

James P. Lemon, 31, faces charges of Petit Larceny, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both class A misdemeanors.
Lemon was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Cortlandt Court on Dec. 17
