Ossining Police Issue Coyote Warning after 2 Incidents
Use caution when walking the dog, keep garbage closed up, and don't leave pet food outside.
OSSINING, NY — An attack on a dog being walked by its owner in the North Water Street neighborhood, and a confrontation at Mystic Pointe, led the Ossining police to issue a NIXLE alert and social media warning about coyotes.
"Use caution when walking pets," the department said in the NIXLE alert.
