Ossining Primary Guide: Who's On The Ballot, How To Vote
There are contests for two offices in Ossining as challengers take on incumbents.

OSSINING, NY — A Democratic primary will take place June 22 in Ossining as two candidates for each of two positions — town supervisor and town highway superintendent — seek to be on the party's ballot line in November.
Who's on the ballot:
Town Supervisor Dana Levenberg, who seeks re-election, is challenged by town Council Member Elizabeth R. Feldman for the Democratic line on the November ballot.

Town Highway Superintendent Peter J. Connolly seeks re-election. He is challenged by Fern N. Quezada, a member of the Recreation Advisory Board.

In-person voting:
Early voting will take place June 12 - 2o at the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center, 95 Broadway, Ossining, NY 10562.
- Saturday, June 12, 2021 from noon until 5 p.m.
- Sunday, June 13, 2021 from noon until 5 p.m.
- Monday, June 14, 2021 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from noon until 8 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Thursday, June 17, 2021 from noon until 8 p.m.
- Friday, June 18, 2021 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
- Saturday, June 19, 2021 from noon until 5 p.m.
- Sunday, June 20, 2021 from noon until 5 p.m.

Election Day voting takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. To locate a polling location in Westchester County, click here.
Absentee voting:
This year you may vote absentee if you will be:
- Absent from your county on Election Day.
- Unable to appear at the polls due to temporary or permanent illness or disability (temporary illness includes being unable to appear due to risk of contracting or spreading a communicable disease like COVID-19).
- Unable to appear because you are the primary caregiver of one or more individuals who are ill or physically disabled.
- A resident or patient of a Veterans Health Administration Hospital.
- Detained in jail awaiting Grand Jury action or confined in prison after conviction for an offense other than a felony.
When is it due?
- You must apply online, postmark, e-mail, or fax a completed application or letter request for the Primary Election Absentee Ballot no later than June 15, 2021, seven days before the election.
- You may apply in-person up to the day before the election, June 21, 2021.
- You may file an application at any time before the deadlines.
- Please be aware that despite the above deadlines the post office has advised that they cannot guarantee timely delivery of ballots applied for less than 15 days before an election.

- By sending an email request to BOE-WestAbsentee@westchestergov.com

- By going in-person to the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas St., White Plains, NY 10601
- By mailing a paper application to the Westchester County Board of Elections
