Route 134 Reopens At 8PM After 6AM Crash
There was a traffic accident at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
UPDATE 8 p.m. — Croton Dam Road, also known as Route 134, is now open at Allapartus Road, New Castle police said.
Route 134 remains closed at Allapartus Road, New Castle police report. Drivers who usually use Croton Dam Road to reach Ossining from the Taconic Parkway will want to seek other routes.
And just as the Ossining police warned for the AM commute, the continued closure, caused by a 6 a.m. crash, may cause some problems on Route 9A.
