Main Street Reopens After Fuel Leak, Closes For Wall Collapse
Police warned everyone to drive carefully through the village as there may be oil on Rte 9 between Main Street and the Briarcliff border.

UPDATE — Ossining police said Main Street was reopened after a leaking tanker truck was cleaned up. However, Main Street was closed after a massive retaining wall collapse.

OSSINING, NY — Ossining police report Main Street is closed from South Highland Avenue to State Street. Fluids leaking from a tanker truck must be cleaned up.

Avoid the area, police said. They also warned everyone to drive carefully through Ossining as there may be oil on Route 9 all the way south to the Briarcliff Manor border.
