WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — Here's a fun way to celebrate the season of giving during the 2020 pandemic: take the Holiday Hero Pack Challenge from Feeding Westchester.

Get a group you're already part of, or put a team together, for this unique virtual food and fund drive where you will stay home and stay safe!

"Local community groups can show their commitment to the fight against hunger by packing lunch bags and raising funds," Feeding Westchester President & CEO Karen C. Erren told Patch.

The lunch bags you and your team pack will be distributed to Feeding Westchester's network of youth partners and programs throughout the county, helping to support the most vulnerable populations.

Feeding Westchester will recognize winners for most donated food bags and for most funds raised individually and as a team.
