'Affordable' Apartments In Park Slope Require $77K Salary
The Twelfth Street building hit the city's affordable housing lottery this week, records show.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A new batch of apartments in Park Slope have hit the affordable housing lottery, but only for those making at least $77,000, records show.
The 383 Twelfth St. building hit the Department of Housing Preservation and Development lottery this week for those making at least 130 percent of the area median income, or a minimum of $76,835.
The building has three one-bedroom spots up for grabs.

Rent for each of the units costs $2,241 per month, records show.
The building includes in-unit dishwashers, air conditioning, security cameras and a virtual doorman.

It is one of several other Brooklyn buildings on the affordable housing lottery.
Among them are a Ebenezer Plaza building, the Debevoise Senior Housing development and at least two buildings that just joined the lottery on Bedford Avenue.
