Hotel Le Bleu Hits the Market for $12 Million

Offers have already been made on the property.

Park Slope’s ritzy boutique Hotel Le Bleu is on sale for $12 million, the Brooklyn Paper reported Thursday.

Located at 370 Fourth Ave., the eight-story, stainless steel and glass hotel was the first of its kind near Fourth Avenue. It was built in 2007 with 48 rooms and a rooftop restaurant and lounge boasting a view of the Manhattan skyline.

"The hotel business in New York is booming," said Sean Kelly, managing director for CPEX Real Estate, which is handling Le Bleu's sale. "But Brooklyn is the most underserved in the hotel market per capita."

Private investors and private equity funds have already made offers to purchase the hotel, Kelly said.
