Clarkstown South Basketball Rallies to Win at Pearl River

Guards Conor McGuinness and Joe Zayre combined for 25 second-half points as Clarkstown South rallied for a 54-49 victory at Pearl River Saturday.

McGuinness finished with 17 points and Zayre added 14 for South (2-0). 

Pearl River senior forward Kevin Degnan scored 19 points and grabbed 19 rebounds. The Pirates (1-1) also got 14 points from Jack Byrnes and seven from Thomas Armour.
