Local Teen Returns to Tarrytown Music Hall in "Rent"

A Random Farms Kids' Theater Production

Logan Applin, a junior at Immaculate Heart Academy, returns to Tarrytown Music Hall this February in the Random Farms Kids' Theater production of "Rent". Playing the lead, female role of Mimi Marquez, Logan can be seen Feb. 2, 2019 at 8 p.m. and Feb. 3 at 2 p.m.

Logan made her Tarrytown Music Hall stage debut last year playing the role of Wednesday Addams in the RFKT production of "The Addams Family".

When not on stage, Logan volunteers as a Random Farms Ambassador. Joining a distinguished group of students, she helps promote the performing arts in various communities, particularly in areas where school arts programs are limited.

"Rent" follows a year in the life of a group of impoverished young artists and musicians struggling to survive and create in New York's Lower East Side, under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. How these young bohemians negotiate their dreams, loves and conflicts provides the narrative thread to this ground breaking musical.
