Rockland Stray Dog Mystery Has Tennessee Roots
This handsome Husky was found in Orangetown's Veterans Memorial Park in Orangeburg, New York.

ORANGETOWN, NY — A stray dog was found in Orangetown Veterans Memorial Park in Orangeburg. It had a collar and a chip. That's a good sign that it has a careful owner, right? Not so fast.
The chip is traceable back to Tennessee from 2016, with no current owner information, Orangetown police said.
This friendly Husky is a 3-year-old male. Found at 7 a.m. Nov. 14, he has been taken in by an Orangetown resident until the dog’s owner can be determined.
