Leslie Crunden of Tappan, New York passed away October 2nd surrounded by her family.

Leslie was born on the 4th of July and lived her life with all the energy and pizzazz any good fireworks display delivers. She was a ball of fire, constantly in motion, always making sure everyone in her presence was taken care of. To say she was the life of the party is an understatement. Her capacity for love was tremendous, gathering friends across the globe that were a constant source of pleasure throughout her life.

Leslie was married to Joseph Gambardella, the love of her life and partner in all things.

She leaves behind her mother Grace Gordon, brother Matthew Gordon, sister Maria Farrell, nephew and niece Andrew and Grace Farrell, grand nephew Calvin Farrell, her Dinner Club crew, and so many other friends, too many to mention here.

She was passionate about her work as a Westchester / Rockland Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway, most recently awarded Top Listing Agent for the month of July.

Leslie was a one-time board member and current co-chair of the Fund Raising Committee for Rockland Homes for Heroes, a charitable organization that develops permanent supportive housing for honorably discharged veterans who are homeless, disabled, or at risk of homelessness in New York’s Mid-Hudson Valley.
