Pearl River Library Celebrates New Children's Room Entrance
All are welcome to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 27 at the Pearl River Library.

From the Pearl River Public Library: Pearl River Public Library will be celebrating its new Children’s Room Entrance, provided by the Friends of the Pearl River Public Library, on Friday, April 27th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:15. All are welcome.
“The Children’s Room at the Pearl River Public Library has been a well-loved space for over 50 years, but the entrance was long overdue for a facelift,” says Jennifer Daddio, Head of Children’s Services at the Pearl River Library. “The muralist, Sabrina Crowley, has completely transformed the entrance and hallway and we could not be happier with the results.”
Muralist, Sabrina Crowely, will be onsite and available for interview. Through her company, Sabrina’s Murals, (sabrinasmurals.com), she has created countless murals for schools, libraries, private homes, and businesses throughout New York and New Jersey.
“We are grateful to our Friends Group who provided the funds to allow us to have a beautiful mural painted on the entrance and the hallway that leads to the children’s room,” Daddio says. “Families are blown away by its transformation and charm.”
The library will have snacks and children’s activities to celebrate the event.
