The public is invited to attend Dominican College’s annual Career Fair on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet company recruiters, apply for jobs and internships, and polish your networking skills. Attendees will also be able to have their photo taken to use on their LinkedIn profiles. The event will take place in the Hennessy Center, 495 Western Highway, Blauvelt, NY, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Director of Career Development Evelyn Fiskaa, MS, is particularly encouraging students to attend. “The Career Fair is an opportunity for students to secure a job or internship and to learn about various organizations,” she said. “It is an event that allows students to communicate with prospective employers, to network, and to cultivate relationships.”
Businesses participating in the Career Fair include Liberty Coca-Cola, Northwestern Mutual, i9Sports, and Code Ninjas. Law enforcement, nonprofit organizations, and the military will all be represented at the event as well.
