“We are honored and delighted to accept this proclamation. Over the past five years, WCFR initiated over 70 projects to empower individuals in their own communities and save lives. We could not have done it without our supporters. Their inspiration has encouraged us to follow our passion, knowing that success will follow. Although, WCFR is currently focused on the U.S. and Haiti, our long term goal is to cover the entire globe. This is only our beginning." said Jacqueline Cassagnol, MSN, RN, PMC, Founder & President of WCFR.

WCFR also received a Congressional Proclamation from Honorable Nita L. Lowey, and a New York State Assembly Citation from Member of Assembly Kenneth P. Zebrowsky at their Fifth Anniversary & Fundraising Gala on September 24th, 2016.
