Astorino Kicks Off Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week in Westchester at Chatterbox 54

The renowned dining celebration features more than 100 Westchester restaurants, November 1-13

Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino joined Janet Crawshaw, publisher of The Valley Table magazine, at Chatterbox 54 in Briarcliff Manor to announce The Valley Table’s Fall Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. During HVRW, which runs from November 1-13, diners will have the chance to sample cuisine offerings from more than 100 restaurants.

“Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the perfect time to explore the exceptional neighborhood restaurants here in Westchester County,” Astorino said. “So tell your friends to ‘Meet Me in Westchester’ to enjoy delicious food at a great price.”

During the kick-off event, Astorino put on his chef’s apron and helped prepare homemade pizzas.

Chatterbox 54, under the ownership of Joseph Pandolfo, is a cozy neighborhood restaurant in Briarcliff Manor, specializing in Italian cuisine.

“We are thrilled to kick off this week of delicious dining,” said Joseph Pandolfo, Owner of Chatterbox 54. “Visitors and residents have many choices and we’re proud to be part of the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week festivities here in Westchester County.”

With over 100 Westchester County restaurants participating, HVRW is a must for all foodies. Participating restaurants offer a three-course, prix fixe dinner menu for $29.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity) and may offer a three-course lunch menu for $20.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity). Participating venues include new spots such as Hudson Farmer and the Fish, Modern on the Rails and familiar establishments like Rivermarket Bar & Kitchen and Tarry Lodge.
