Client came up with the tag line.

Why choose that location? Why start a business in this town?
I live in Pleasantville. I have a PO Box for security reasons.

Psychic, Medium, business consultant.
What’s the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?
Finding differnt ways of getting my name out there.
Were there any challenges that made you second guess your decision to be an entrepreneur?
Sometimes there are slow times,like any business. Staying on track and keeping oneself motivated.
What’s been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?
Saving a persons life. I do medical intuitive work, was at Kohls and forewarned a man of a potential heart issue. A week later he was sick with the flu, but felt strange. He remembered what I said and drove himself to Mount Kisco Medical group. He was having a massive heat attack. They caught it as it was happening. I saw him a month later he and his wife hugged and thanked me.
What’s the most innovative idea your employees or customers have had that you put into practice?
Restaurant readings, clients patronize local restaurants, and I offer discounted sessions. It is a win, win situation.
How do you deal with difficult customers?
My business is unusual service, so I try to keep boundaries.
How does your business give back or get involved in the community?
I donate my services through different charities, appeared at the Pleasantville music festival for the past two years.
