Excavation Work To Reduce Old Saw Mill River Road To 1 Lane

Alternating traffic will be controlled by flaggers.

MOUNT PLEASANT, NY — Old Saw Mill River Road between State Route 100C and the Saw Mill River Parkway will be reduced to one lane with alternating traffic controlled by flaggers, starting Monday.

Excavation work as part of a construction project will take place from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily, through Sunday, weather permitting.

Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
