New COVID-19 Protocols at Pleasantville Farmers Market start 5/22
See you Saturday, 8:30am – 1:00pm

Due to recent changes in NYS COVID-19 regulations we’ve modified our health & safety protocols for customers at the Pleasantville Farmers Market.
The Market is now permitted to offer shoppers a gradual transition, balancing changes in mask use with a marketplace that remains the same in terms of distancing, layout and the option to wear a mask as an extra precaution if preferred.
Beginning tomorrow, May 22, the following revised policies will be in place:

- Vaccinated shoppers may visit the Market without wearing a mask
- Unvaccinated shoppers are requested to still wear a mask covering nose and mouth while shopping
- All vendors and market staff will remain masked
- The Market will respect current NYS regulations requiring all markets to maintain distancing measures, refrain from offering sampling and avoid activities and events which encourage lingering.
The Market will continue to re-evaluate its health & safety protocols as NYS updates their rules and regulations for farmers markets.
During COVID our producers, staff, volunteers and shoppers followed science in implementing some of the most effective health & safety protocols in the region. Now we can continue that collaboration to create a safe, phased reopening.
