PLEASANTVILLE, NY – The Nicholas Center, a non-profit organization specializing in Autism support, has donated three trees to the Pleasantville Collaborative Garden.

The donation of three White Dogwood seedlings was part of The Nicholas Center's celebration of Arbor Day 2021. The Collaborative Garden is an initiative led by community volunteers and will utilize a portion of the Pleasantville United Methodist Church property, which closed its door in 2019.

The produce harvested is intended to benefit the community, including a local food pantry. Additional projects include a pollinator pathway, nature path, and outdoor classroom.
